1. GENERAL FESTIVAL INFORMATION 

Q: WHEN AND WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?

A: All Hallows East is located at Five Points East Nashville and takes place Saturday, October 26th from 2PM to 10PM

Q: DOES THIS EVENT REQUIRE A TICKET?

A: This festival is ticketed, check back soon for more info.

Q: HOW DO I GET TO THE FESTIVAL?

A: 107 S. 11th Street, Nashville, TN 37206

Q: WHERE CAN I PARK?

A: Parking can be found on side streets surrounding the festival. Please follow posted signs and be courteous to our neighbors when parking.

Q: CAN I USE A RIDESHARE TO GET TO AND FROM THE FESTIVAL?

A: Yes! We highly recommend using a rideshare to get to and from the festival.

Q: IS THIS A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT?

A: Yes, this is a family friendly event and all are welcome to attend. Kids and youth activities are available onsite.

2. ONSITE POLICIES

Q: CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK?

A: No. Outside food and drink, as well as items such as coolers or grills, are prohibited. Please see the full list of prohibited items before arriving and be aware that all bags will be subject to search upon entry.

Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL?

A: Yes, restrooms are available.

Q: WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE?

A: Yes, there will be food vendors and the bars will be selling water, soda, and alcoholic beverages.

Q: WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

A: Bags and backpacks are allowed and will be subject to search upon entry. Please review the full list of prohibited items before arriving for a stress-free entry.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

A: This festival is rain or shine. Any postponement or cancellation due to severe weather will be communicated via social media and email as necessary.

Q: CAN I BRING MY PET?

A: We love pets! Friendly, leashed pets are welcome. Please be mindful of the weather when determining whether you should bring your pet to the event. Additionally, we ask that you clean up after your pet when nature calls.

Q: CAN I SMOKE AT THE FESTIVAL?

A: No. Smoking is not allowed at any event as it may disturb others in attendance.

Q: LOST AND FOUND ITEMS:

A: Lost & found items should be brought to a festival entrance. Items will be held for 14 days following the event. Reach out to hello@goodneighborfestivals.com regarding lost and found items.

ALLOWED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are allowed at this event:

  • Unopened or empty refillable water bottles

  • Lawn chairs and blankets

  • Bags and backpacks are allowed and will be subject to search upon entry

The following items and activities are prohibited at this event:

  • Outside alcoholic beverages

  • Coolers

  • Scooters/Bikes

  • Amplified sound systems

  • Disorderly conduct

  • Littering

  • Advertising, selling, or promoting any third party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)

  • Fireworks

  • Generators

  • Grills or fryers

  • Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind

  • Laser pointers

  • Drones

  • Noisemakers

  • Tents, stand umbrellas, and tarps

  • Weapons of any kind

Please be aware that all bags, backpacks, etc. will be subject to search upon entry into the festival. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup.



3. TICKETING

Q: HOW DO I BUY A TICKET?

A: More ticketing information is to be released soon!

Q: IF I DON’T BUY A TICKET ONLINE, CAN I PURCHASE ONE AT THE FESTIVAL ENTRANCE?

A: We highly encourage purchasing tickets prior to the event. However, tickets will be sold at the gate if available. Please note if the festival is sold out, tickets will not be available at the gate.

Q: CAN I GET A REFUND?

A: No. All sales are final and there will be no refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee through the ticketing website or app.

Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?

A: You can transfer your ticket to another person through the ticketing website or app. There will be no refunds.

4. SECURITY MEASURES

The festival works closely with local authorities to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the event. They’re there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.

Please review the allowed and prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process, and email hello@goodneighborfestivals.com if you have questions. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup.

REMEMBER: You’re the eyes and ears of the festival. If you see something suspicious, say something.

5. HOW TO GET HELP

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:

If you or a friend needs emergency assistance at the festival or if you see someone who looks like they need help, look for security personnel, any festival staff members, or anyone with a radio to assist you.‍ Staff will call 911 in the event of an emergency.

FIRST AID:

A First Aid kit is located at the entrance gates.

If you have any questions, find a staff member or anyone with an event radio, we are happy to help you to the best of our ability.
